"There are cars that have high crash ratings and there are cars that have Zoom Zoom crash ratings. In early June of 2007 Mazda South customer Brianna Doyle and four children were traveling on Interstate 10 East from Austin, Texas to Houston, Texas. Minding their own business and enjoying the quiet and roominess of their recently purchased Mazda CX-9 seven passenger Crossover Utility, an 18 wheel truck lunged into the passenger side front door and became locked. As construction is a common occurrence on the nations' Interstate's highways, room was tight in the lanes of travel for Mrs. Doyle and her passengers. So tight, this accident occurred without warning. There were concrete barriers, but no shoulders to escape to.

Were it not for the standard Dynamic Stability Control and array of airbags throughout the cabin, it would be hard to say what the outcome would have been. The CX-9 was dragged for quite a distance before peeling away the door skin exposing the front passenger cabin. All in the vehicle escaped any injury save mental stress of the "ride".

Would the Doyle's buy another CX-9? Why they provided the pictures and indicated they wanted another like it as soon as all the insurance claims are complete.

"First off I want to say, "THANK YOU"! I would like to tell you a little about what happened to me on Saturday before I got to your dealership. I went to three other dealerships before I got to Mazda South. Dealer #1 had awful customer service and did not want us there. Dealer #2 did not have what I wanted and told me I would have to pay to get what I wanted in. Dealer #3 was nice but did not want to deal.


When I pulled in to Mazda South there was a lady standing there who asked if anyone was helping us. We said no and told her what we were looking for, she put us on the golf cart and went straight to the SUV and never left us unless we asked to discuss the vehicle. I want to say ALICIA SHOULD BE GIVEN SALESWOMAN OF THE DAY. She made us feel good about what we were looking for. And to really tell the truth, we were not going to buy until next month. "Thank you for your email and I would say we were very satisfied with everything except one area....the Zoom-Zoom that we experience every time we get into our Mazda 5. We saw signs but no one at the dealership warned us of the addictive nature of the 'Zoom-Zoom'
