Certified and Master Certified Sales Consultants. What does that mean to a customer?
Before a Sales Consultant can offer a new Mazda to a customer he or she must go through a rigorous certification process. The certification process not only includes in depth study and knowledge concerning the entire product line, but successful completion of customer relations topics, Internet skills, privacy laws and protection of customer information among other customer relations courses. In all, there are over 40 hours a year in continuing education required to maintain Certified and Master Certified status.
A Master Certified Sales Consultant has additional courses to successfully complete and must be employed as a Certified Sales Consultant for over a year.
